Caller said her name was megan and she was calling from Charterhurst Agencies about a financial investment scheme. Stopped her there and said my number was on the DNCR - she didn't seem fussed by this. Google search of Charterhuurst Agencies brings up page after page of scam alerts

number calls, rings about 2 to 3 times then hangs up, totally pissed off

Phone rings no one there. Now blocked. Had this happen last year too. Why cant telcos trace these guys and deal with them?

I too have received calls from this number - rings 3 times and hangs up, no voicemail message either. I call the number back and it goes straight to message.??

yes, same here - then I have called back and it doesn't ring - it goes straight to "leave a message and it will be sent as text"..........hmmm.
