called twice, didn't leave a message - assuming it's spam

Tried to call back but my phone said call failed

This number keeps calling me about a government rebate

Just got a call, some person from 'Future Connect' and talking about some government rebate. Asked if I owned a home. I questioned where she got my number. I refused to tell her, since I'm not just going to tell some random caller my business. She got pretty rude then hung up.

this number called three days in a row. I called back assuming it was a scam and sure enough the number won't connect

Keeps calling and hangs up when I answer. I am assuming spam and have now blocked it.
