Received 2 messages from this number Both mentioned me by my first name Said their name was Louise but didn’t give me any other information. Offered me appointment on 1 December at 11am No other information to where or why. 2nd message said she had a cancellation tomorrow at 11am would that suit me better. When I tried to find out who the number belonged to via internet the number came up associated with a language I didn’t understand. I am expecting a call from someone in the next week or so but I rang the company concerned and was told that they hadn’t tried to contact me yet and they would call me not message me
