Caller: Indecipherable

Clearly a call from overseas, person with strong Philippines accent. Stated “you showed an interest in earning extra income” but hard to understand the so called business name. Rang back the number, but is disconnected-how do they do that. Came through on a Telstra network mobile, my partner is with Optus but doesn’t get these pesky calls!!
