This is the phone number of Markus Temples Roofing & Renovations. We engaged him to fix a leaking roof in December and since then our roof has leaked twice. The first time his employee came around and added more silicone which did not fix the problem. He never replied to our calls or texts about the second leak. We have had to engage another roofing company to rectify and complete the work. Markus Temples doesn’t appear to be a licensed plumber/roofer and did not issue a compliance certificate. In addition, his services were extremely expensive.

Scam

Everything about this guy is a scam. Do not for a second consider working for or letting him do anywork for you because you will either not get paid or he will take your money and run. I can say this from personal expirience and research after the fact

Caller: Marcus Temples Roofing

Marcus Temples is now in police custody after being arrested at Melbourne airport trying to flee the country on bus brother’s passport. He has been charged with multiple counts of defrauding customers, including defrauding an 81 year old woman out of $99,000.00.

Do Not Use this guy he is very shonky and when you dispute his work, which was non-compliant, he aggressively threatens you while he demands payment.

Also used him for multi faceted job (painting, maintenance etc). JM Home Maibtenance Services - Fraudulent. Claims to do services but actually can’t/no capability/trade. May also use this number 0449 800 354. Suspect uses illegal labour too

Had the same issue in 2020. Do not use this guy. I reported him to Consumer Affairs and they advised he was already know to them for fraud
