Caller: Scammer If I don't know the number, I don't answer. This number left a voicemail. It's a recorded message in Chinese. This number is used by the Scammers targeting Chinese Australians. They claim to be from the embassy and that there's been an issue or accident or whatever with/in the family. They then try to extort money in order to fix the "issue".
