Caller: Jetstar Reminding me my credit card payment is due today (Friday) which I had paid already then on Monday texted me again advising me they haven't received the payment even though the money has been withdrawn from my bank account. Need to update their systems so the information they have is correct. Have now started paying these idiots early just so they don't annoy me with their payment reminder phones call and text messages. This is unnecessary and they should just be following up customers who haven't paid their accounts not ones who have!!!
