Caller: Scammer saying they are from Telstra More information on this number. After speaking with the Indian woman about my "Telstra account", I checked my emails and noticed that an email had been sent to it from my Telstra log in from an account I had years ago. The email was a password reset link and they had obviously tried to log in and had it sent when they called me. My son has had the same call where they ask you to give them the code. BEWARE!! This is a scam!!

Caller: Telstra apparently Indian woman said she was with Telstra and asked me had I been having any trouble with my mobile service. Then she said she had good news about my Telstra account, that I can get 40% discount. I told her I don't have a Telstra account, so who are you really? Surely if she was from Telstra she would know I don't have a Telstra account. She said sorry, she must have called the wrong person. Scammer.
