Electrical company that was promoting a government discount. Couldn't and didn't want to answer when I asked how they got the number.

Called me 5 times all after 6pm at night. When I finally answered, I asked where they got my number and they refused to tell me. Blocked them from calling.

Telemarketer wanting me to switch electricity companies, couldn't understand that the power bill is not in my name, but can understand f*ck off pretty well & hangs up on me. Blocked.

i am stumped please help me. why would these companies continue to ring and not reply when you answer their call? I have had 6 calls from thus number today and no answer on any of them. WTF is going on. can this sh*t not be legislated against ti stop this annoying crap?
