You can count me on this list - I have had a number of missed calls - I never call them back - but when I do get to the phone no one answers

Yes, I had the same experience - someone finally spoke when I answered the cal and I discovered it was TruEnergy. Boy, did they get a piece of my mind!!I rang my provider, Telstra, to complain and they told me to register my phone number on the Do Not Call Register. You can do this online. It is an Australian Government site, just so you don't get it confused with other ones, and it is free. I did this immediately - it covers you for 5 years before it needs renewing.Good luck!Em

After missing their calls several times I eventually got to answer and spoke to a woman who claimed she was from Tru Energy and wanted to give me a large (10%) discount on my bills. She kept getting confused about whether I was with them for gas or electricity, which was the first warning bell for me. She then asked me for my passport number, Medicare *and* drivers license number.
This is either a total scam or a completely incompetent marketing team.
