Caller said he was from an office in the Telstra group, calling from Melbourne, wanting to give me cheaper rates on my landline calls but didn't have my account details or calling history. Told him I didn't believe he was from Telstra and he hung up.

This number called and left a voice message - it sounded like an australian male and all he said was "F@%k you" very loudly before hanging up.

Ditto. Tim introduced himself as working for Telstra, wanting to give me a cheaper rate. I asked if he was working for Telstra or on behave of Telstra, he insisted he was working for Telstra and gave me the Telstra number 13200 so I could verify. When I asked him about my account details and history, he hung up.

Caller claimed they were Telstra and wanted to speak to the Manager about our Landline. Told them all were in court today and said he would ring back later and then hung up.

Caller from this number stated they wre from Telstra and there was an error on the account that needed to be rectified. When I queried if they were from Telstra multiple times, they hung up.

Caller claimed they were from Telstra wholesale department and that they just did an analysis of our phone account. Not true. It's just another telemarketer wanting to sell landline calls. Hate those who are not honest. If you are not from Telstra, don't claim you are.

Ringing my phone and hanging up after 1st ring. Could be another one of these "Telstra Associated" contractors wanting you to call them back after a missed call. Why does Telstra allow their on-sellers to act this way?
