They ring you can hear noise in back ground and they hang up.. Have had 3 of these in the last 3 days. I would suggest not answering if they ring you and DON"T CALL BACK. There are ALOT of scams out there now that do this, and when you call back you're getting high call back charges on your bill.

If someone wants to talk to you they will leave a message or call you back again, don't phone these types of calls back.

called back and got a automated message saying they couldn't take my call and to contact their website for more info. the website is PublicOutreach.

Hi after getting 8-12 calls a day, every day for weeks, i thought I might call to speak to a manager or something- see why so many calls - was it Really that urgent?
