Probably a scammer. Answered, got a long pause, then it hung up. Automated because I couldn't hear anyone there.

deffo spam. keeps calling and no answer - that's what bots do to test if a number (mine) is "alive". annoyingly, I blocked it on my iphone but it still got through!
