Legit victorian government scheme. Only applies to existing electric water heaters.

Indian / Pakistan accent called up saying they are from Powerpal. I had him repeat his company name and then I told him I was on the do not call register. I looked up the company website and the phone number does not match - they are calling with a Melbourne number but the company is located in NSW. Dodgy.

Fake number calls in the evening. Just not answering 038 and 039 numbers any more.

Called the number back and got a recorded message. "Optus advises the number you have called has been disconnected."
