Has called twice now, comes up as suspected spam on my phone so I blocked the number. Also never leaves a message

I don’t know this number but Telstra has stopped it from ringing. I get a text message saying I missed the call but my phone never rang. They didn’t leave a message so assume it’s a scam caller.
