This is the message sent to me on my phone? “Unregulated platforms took your money? We got them, reclaim losses. Wellington Management, AU-regulated. Call US Now (02) 7254 3117. STOP to opt-out.” Are they scammers?

Caller: Financial investment I called back, they knew my name, claimed to be something along the lines of Financial Investment Brokers and wanted to ask a question.
