They called me this afternoon from (03) 9994 0785 saying they were from the NBN, I left them waiting for a few minutes, they hung up then the same foreign female called back 2 minutes later on (02) 8528 5395 still saying she was from NBN. I asked her how she could change states in only 2 minutes? She said they were very busy and place calls everywhere. I told her she was full of sh*t and that she was a scammer so she hung up then.

Didn’t answer my mobile but called back from a private work line & got a “Mailbox full, good bye” automated voice. Clearly scammers. I never answer VIC numbers because they’re always scammers.

Caller: Scammer Claiming to be telstra

Called by this number Dec 2023 - they claimed to be teltra TELCO calling about my internet speeds. I don't use telstra and asked how they got my number as it's on the do not call registry - they immediately hung up.

Caller: Scammers pretending to be from Telstra

They tried to get me to download a remote access app (AnyDesk) after telling me my phone’s IP address had been set to ‘public’. This is a scam to take access of your phone remotely for criminal purposes (e.g., steal your Apple Pay and Google Pay details)
