Called asking for my deceased (10years ago)husband! I think my phone/bill was under his name originally but 10 years! Told them if they can't use an up to date database then I'm not interested in dealing with them.

Keep calling from different numbers. Most likely a scam, because I used all the right wording asking them to stop calling, and a real company would have had to comply.
