Caller: Business Office?

Definitely a scam. Person said they were calling from "business office" and advised that we have a discount for our electricity bill. When i asked them to clarify which business office he was calling from. He kept saying it was just called "business office" and asked which provider we use. I asked again. what business office he was calling from. He got annoyed and hung up lol

Weirdest message ive ever received. No voice, just sounds of a spinning fan, clock ticking, cuckoo birds, chickens, & dogs barking for 2mins.
