Fake survey scam trying to get you to divulge personal information.

Caller: Insight/Contact One

Women doing 2 minute survey, can I ask you some quick questions, thought I would play along. Depending on what the questions are, finance and interest rates, no way I said, I hung up and blocked number, had it up to hear with these people, said she was from Insight, when I rang number a recording said Contact One? First time I have answered there calls, there have been many.
We can put a man on the moon but can’t stop this junk, unbelievable.

Caller: Insights Australia

Offshore call centre doing "economic surveying". Refused to say who the research was commissioned by, just that the data is used to "make recommendations to improve your area".

Due to the high number of scam callers I have set up my phone so that all Unknown numbers are silenced and sent to voicemail.
If the caller is legit then they leave a voicemail message. I get an SMS advising me I have one message. Otherwise the SMS advises no message was left.

Rang and call diverted to my message bank. I didn't bother with it as I don't know anyone in Victoria. After checking the comments left here by others I deleted and blocked the number.

One of daily spam calls directed to my number. Totally unsolicited.
