Annoying telemarketer

After I asked them for a manager or to take me off their call list they hung up

Called, then hanged up when I answered

Caller: Said they were electricity something-or-other

Scam i think - he was telling me about some new Australian Government policy about electricity suppliers - a cheaper deal or something. I didn't bother listening to him for too long! An accent in a busy call-center (lots of noise of other conversations in the background!)

This number rang and when i picked up they hanged up

Rang back a few times before getting through, they said they called me to let me know changes in the "energy industry", this is one of a dozen numbers nuisance calling me ever since making the mistake of comparing energy plans. Blocked.

Very strange ring tone when I tried to call, I suspect it was a recording, and then a recorded voice said "goodbye" and hung up. Weird.

I called back number (03) 9989 1660 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

Has called twice now but I can’t find any results online as to who the number belongs to
