Caller: caller claimed to be from Amazon Message said $99 was to be debited from my credit card for Amazon Prime to which I do not subscribe, when I pressed 1 to stop the payment I hung up as I knew person would want card details etc. I emailed Amazon who called immediately and confirmed I do not subscribe to Prime and advised that it is the policy of Amazon not to contact customers by phone and only email never contact by phone - hope this helps others
