Possible scam: they called at 12:40pm then again at 2:30pm, neither time leaving a message. If it is that important to ring twice in two hours, it is important enough to leave a message.

I answered call and said hello twice. Then there was a sound like someone attempting to say something in a recording and the call was ended. I will not be attempting a call back.
