cold call. sounds like a scam. asking for director as they said the director asked them to call. complete BS

Started with a cold call asking all sorts of leading questions about my business. They now call me regularly, often 3-4 times in a day. I have told them clearly on several occasions to take me off their call list. When they change sales person, which seems to be often, the calls start again. I now ignore their calls. They don't leave voice messages, they just keep trying. Very, very annoying. Ridiculous sales technique. Make prospective customers angry and expect their business?? I would never entertain using their services...

The have called me often over the past 2+ years, sometimes several times per day, then every other week. I have made it clear on at least 10 occasions that I do not want them to call me. I have their number and say will call them if I need them, but they continue trying. They don't respect my wishes, so why would I ever engage their services? Avoid.
