hung up when i answered. scammer, blocked the number

This phone number (03) 9989 0837 has called me constantly in the evenings between 5pm -7pm AEST for the last year . No one ever says anything they just hang up after a 30 second time frame. I will report it to the telecommunications ombudsman as this site was unhelpful.

Has called me on 18th DEC, 30th DEC, and 8th JAN. All coinciding with the last 3 dates I have called the Centrelink complaints line. Very odd coincidence...
First couple times met with silence, have since then blocked the number.

Smart phone alerted me to scam, googled the number and found this

trying to sell a personal loan to me. know my full legal name, don't know how they got it. blocked it immediately.

found a voice mail left by some bloke''
he knew my first name repeated it 3 times then hung up,,
reckon my smart phone has been hacked,, as my password had been changed,

Have had 3 calls on my mobile. Always put into a queue. Suspect it is a scam.

Caller: Easy Finance but pronounce "Finance" oddly

Knew my surname and was touting 10 year loans up to $50K. Hung up on him.

sounded like "easy phone", hung up as soon as they said loan

scam. they called every now and than. And we can't call back

Selling energy - they never leave a message when call is unanswered

When I re-dialled the line was dead?
