Yep its Spectra Learning - they called from this number, i picked up, they hung up. They called back 2 seconds later from a private number, they said they were from Spectra Learning.. dodgy.

My phone rang for five seconds before hanging up not enough time to answer but by the looks of it i didn't want to pick up the phone anyway
