Energy sale people - just hang up

have only connected a new mobile number about 4 days ago, have not given the number to ANYONE and I get a missed call from this number, I connected with Vodafone so am wondering if they r selling people's details to other companies? no other way possibly anyone could get this number

Bullsh*t energy company, when try to ring back says the number is not available from this service

Call back this number but could not even connect. Only one beep...no dialing tone at all.
