I did speak to the caller and told them not to call again because I have at least half a dozen calls a day from various energy companies and I do not want any unsolicited calls any more

Spam!! Block this number. Rude and dodgy trying to offer discount without disclosing where they were from then hung up

Called back and it was "referrals" Australia. Obviously a call centre.
