Guys, call the number with caller ID on. It allows you to remove yourself from the contact list. Takes 3 business days to work, but it stops them.

McLeod's Daughter

This number is "Oceania Customer Services Austalia" a marketing company for "Optus".To remove yourself from this list, as they are relentless in calling (up to 3 times a day everyday), call the number back, you get a voice recording explaining who they are and if you'd like to be removed from their marketing list.  At the appropriate command press 1, then wait for next command and press #, once done they'll end the call.I've done this every 3 months, Optus are about to lose me as a customer if this continues.

This number keeps calling me too. She is an Indian lady with broken English. I am also an optus customer and that's really frustrating if it's them.I couldn't understand what the fck she was saying? So annoying!!!

Yes its Optus and McLeod's Daughter is right.i rang it back and followed the prompts to get my number taken off their list.Fingers crossed it works!!

Its Optus ... Not sure of its legit or not. They knew my plan had expired and what plan I was on. Still told them I wasn't interested. I don't trust people who call me. I call them if I wanted to upgrade

Yes I've been getting them calling me too - every day - same time. I never answer. Now I'm glad I know it's Optus because my contract is about to expire and I want to go to Telstra :)

They haved called me afew times.Tells you to call 1300 763 765http://www.ocis.com.au/ContactOCIS/GeneralEnquiries/tabid/66/DefaultA marketing company which is used by optus.Anyway, i couldn't understand them, broken english mostly the problem.You can call the number back to ask your number to be removed from the calling list.
