Thanks everyone for answering my questions I think they might be calling me because my contract expires in 2 months but I'm not answering them because I'm changing networks after this because reception with Optus is super super sh*t! So Optus can shove it im not answering lol

It was Optus ringing offering a free phone upgrade and contact renewal which is 2 months before my current expires. Not going to complain about that.

I answered after ignoring for months, and I got offered to change my bill from $59 a month to $34 with increased data and calls. It was WTF

I agree with everyone, why cant they just leave a message, there calling me everyday but will never leave a voice message

Ive had this number call me almost daily for weeks now. No message left. Really annoying I wish they would get the message - I'm not answering my call cause I don't want to talk to you.

Why call during business hours. Who can just stop work to talk to a telemarketer???
Yeah Ill just tell the customer I am serving to wait while I listen to advertising from optus.

This number keeps hounding me daily. I've answered on one occasion and told them to stop calling me, but sure enough the calls keep coming each day.

Only starting getting these calls after complaining to Optus about a "premium" service that I was being charged for 2 texts/week ($45/month)and that hadnt signed up for but not receiving anything. Optus were not very helpful

Yes this is a Optus marketing number which consistantly calls after being told to stop.

This number has been calling me every single week day at the same exact time for 3 weeks straight! Never leaves a voice message.

It's Optus! well actually an outsourced company hired to do customer surveys! all good the email addy is info @ icos.com.au
