I think it is an outsourced telemarketing service.

Multiple missed calls from this number.

Managed to answer twice only for them to hang up.

Call centre for outbound sales... if you call the number back it gives you the option to remove your number from their lists.

Had like 10 missed calls over the past week from them.. call back and its a message service

Hung up as soon as I answered and calling back it was a call centre for Optus.

claiming to be optus, had some of my info, but i think it was a scam, do not trust

I have the same problem as the other people. A guy calling saying that what I am paying for on my current phone plan is a little high and they want to offer me a cheaper pricing option. But I didn't want to provide any details at all, especially over the phone to an entire stranger.
Not even sure how they got my number.

this number keep calling me every single day.. and pissing me off so i dun answer at all..

Just had a call from this number said his name was Ryan from Optus telling me my contract was up in August and wanted to offer a new one I've never had this before wouldn't trust them told him was not going to renew as the reception is sh*te I'm going telstra he couldn't tell me what date in aug or how much if I wanted to get out now wanted to transfer me to another number just be careful everyone cheers
