Hung up when I picked up. Spam!

Number not recognised & not answered. No message left so suspect scam. Number now blocked

Offer of a free electricity monitoring device. Said I had one. They hung up suddenly.
Clearly a scam

Very similar number called yesterday. Only last two digits different. Blocked both.

Missed a call from this number so I called back without showing my number. It said that 'this phone has been disconnected' so obviously one of those scam calls. I have blocked it in any case.

Have had 3 calls from this number in two days. Smart switch on my android is showing it as "Suspected Spam". Have now blocked this number. No messages are ever left by the caller.

Detected computer interrogation tone - checking to see if it’s a human or part of the “internet of things”. Because I picked up, my number is probably being sold for retail advertising as I write this…
