Caller: Indian overseas call centre (hot water) Man saying he's from the Victorian Government promoting free hot water systems, also led lighting and power saving devices. Sounds too good to be true because he dosen't even know my name or my address. I doubt that the Vic Gov would employ a bloke who has difficulty speaking english with an attitude that eventually became hostile.
