Looks to be Red Energy, have been trying to contact me as I have moved (because they were SO much more expensive) but when I answer, there's just silence for a few seconds so I hang up as I will only hold if I'VE made the call.....

Called because they saw I sold my house and wanted to know if they could assist with electricity connections/disconnections

I'm with Red Energy. They said I may need help as I had been flagged for family violence protection!! WTF

This was a legit call, following me up about a final reading.
Had a further call after they processed my exit to check if anything they could have done to retain my business.
All very professional.

Keep calling like hell . Its red energy they want me to go with them coz I change my gas connection with other company . No msg left.

Said I'd die in 7 days

When I picked up all I get is 'on-hold' music. I'm treating this as spam/scam. If companies make unsolicited calls that waste your time and they're so arrogant as to put you on hold when you answer the call, then the sooner they are out of business the better. Personally I don't know of any businesses that bad, so the chances of being a scam call are very high.

The official Red Energy company knows nothing about it so either scam or agent telemarketer looking for business.

Repeatedly they have been calling we have ended up reporting them to police

They called and put me on hold with music and then just hung up after 24 seconds

No message left - so don't know why they keep ringing me, I have not contacted them

Legit call, but a sales call. I called them back, the guy in the call centre looked at notes (I'm a customer for electricity) and put me through to someone else. The new guy said he was just calling to check if I have a natural gas connection. I presume he was hoping to sell me the idea of coming across.

Answered the phone and was immediately meet by waiting music.
