Thats great I did the same thing two days ago. As of today, this number has been disconnected. Also told me on Friday they wre calling on behalf of Council. Thanks for your post

Have had many such calls on different numbers. Claiming to be market research for my local council and survey would only take 14-15 minutes and it will help my council to help me......
