These people have been bothering me at least 20 times because of an overdue account of only 7 days. I've had enough. will definitely change my provider!

Paid our bill for Lumo yesterday. Had to provide a lot of personal information before finding out what the call was about. And even after providing proof of payment had to listen info about financial planning, alternative payments and financial councilling !? So strange as every other bill has been paid early except this ONE off from the reminder letter.

they called saying that tgey are luno and thag they have information for me. he kept saying this will take a while is it fine. n im like ok so say it and he just continued delaying and said that i should give jim a call later sijce its gonna take a while. i just instantly felt something is fishy

They called saying its lumo and asked for me saying that they have some information for me, so i told hin ok go ahead and he kept tellinh oh it will take a while is it fine. That part was irritating cuz he kept telling me that it will take a while and i kept telling him ok JUST SAY IT !! Then he said since it might take a while u should call back later. Instantly felt that it was suspicious.

extremely bad service with LUMO. I just paid the bill the day before, and they are still calling!!! the system is bad, and ppl is bad as well !!! they are using very bad and strong voice say call them back!!!! Definitely change it !!

It's lumo energy. They have an automated call system, you answer, you are on hold then they ask you for personal information.

Harass me up to 5 times a day . . . Every day!
I have advised them that I have no account, nor have I ever set an account up with them and now most recently, the person that they ask to speak to; on the occasions that I can actually can be bothered speaking to them simply as I want them to stop being a nuisance, is not me! I fail to understand why I should have to give me personal details, which should already be on file, to someone who has called me.
No doubt if I wanted to spend money with them they would have the means to establish all relevant information pertaining to the false account I supposedly have with them!!!
Will be looking into taking further action against them as I have requested that they cease contacting me but still, each day, I receive numerous phone calls from them . . Or maybe I'll just whistle very loudly down the phone since caller ID lets me know that they shouldn't be calling me!

it is lumo and same thing. they call you the minute your account is a day or two late then call non stop even after it is settled. Yes they want all your private details based on their cold call.
the worse thing is trying to leave them - it is like a trap you pay the account try to change providers but then they stop the change over because your account because I am still using my gas/electricity I can't abide them.

Lumo calling about overdue accounts. But they call every day if you havent paid your bill. It is so irritating i am changing provider if it happens again. I get it - my bill isn't paid. Calling me every day, even after I have paid it - 3 days after - is the worst :( If you sign up to Lumo for gas I recommend giving them a fake number and asking them to contact you via email.
