A woman, clearly in a call centre, said she was from Telstra and that my internet was going to be cut off tomorrow. 'Oh dear,' I said, 'whatever can I do?' 'Well,' she answered, 'are you in front of your computer?' 'So, you want to access my computer...?' She hung up.
