Did not recognize the number, did not answer, no message left. Rang back got recorded message "Optus advises the mobile you have called has been disconnected." Blocked.

They rang from Werribee apparently, didn't ring for long and discontinued the call before mrssage bank had answered and asked them to leave a message.
