Caller: "Isaac" Caller using a low quality phone (possibly a 16kbit voice channel or skype service) saying my name over and over and when I asked him for his name he muffled the word Isaac. I reckon he was up to no good, couldn't offer me any value to I said goodbye and hung up. I've blocked his number but I'm unsure if skype numbers can actually be blocked.
