flagged as spam/scam call by Google Pixel OS. called left a message. general sounds of call entre in the background of the voicemail. did not leave any meaningful information just "hello, hello" repeatedly in a non-Australian accent. google search of the phone number does not immediately bring up any legitimate businesses.
