Caller: Scammers These guys have bought the whole number range for 9970 XXXX. I have been getting calls from them since 9970 0001. It is an Indian call centre selling (supposedly) roof solar on behalf of the Victorian Gov. But it is a scam so don't answer or pick up from any number staring with 9970.
