Allegedly calling from “Visa and Mastercard Dept”. I’ve had a call before where they knew my name but were calling about fraudulent activity on my Mastercard. I told them I don’t have one so she said “oh sorry I meant Visa”. This is a scam as they will not call you directly. I said I will call my bank and she got aggressive. Hung up and blocked.
