Caller: Female caller

This call showed as coming from Melbourne, Vic. When I answered there was a delay, then a female caller (with an Indian accent) started telling me about the government rebate scheme for solar panels. I told her that I was already in credit and hung up. I get calls like this almost every day. As far as I can tell, they are scam attempts.

Like another commentor has stated, this number showed up for me as coming from Melbourne, VIC. When I picked up, the caller was completely silent, but I could hear someone having a conversation in the background. It seemed to me like it was another person in the room talking on the phone, as if they were in a call center. I stayed on the line to try make out the conversation, but they eventually hung up on me, lol.
