as soon as I hear an Indian voice in a call centre I hang up, even if they tried to persuade me in the past that they were ringing about a State government rebate or whatever. If our governments are so stupid as to use foreign call centres - usually associated with scams - to deliver their message because they're cheaper, then they deserve to fail big-time.
