Answered call on landline. Gap between picking up and them being on the line, indicating that they're calling from overseas. From the lady's accent, I'd say Philippines.
They offered, 'rebates on hot water pumps.' This is a business. Piss off.
It is ridiculous that shonks overseas can take advantage of our rebates. Shows how crooked the system is.
Like the NDIS, when money is made available, they shonks come out to play.
