Caller: They never say

Keep calling at odd random times of the day, and hang up. ive answered before and the caller hangs up. I have never returned a call, but keep calling me over the weekends and into the night time, personal time. Who are these people calling all the time, im sick of blocking these numbers. If they do not wish to leave a message, then stop calling the same mobile number if there is no response. Very persistant and annoying.

They called and didn't leave a message. After I read comments on this same number I blocked it to avoid future calls.
