Received over 100 calls from this number and 18 consecutive numbers surrounding it (ending in 51-69) over the course of 6 hours. They filled up my voicemail without one actual voiced message being left. Could hear call centre background noises so answer at your own peril.

Like what others have said. Called back and they said they were from "Solution Solar". The man got quite angry when I asked them where their business was and said that others on this website have said they're a scam call.
