Caller: Someone saying they’re from Telstra

Always a pause when you answer, when the person starts talking, you can hear noise in the background, says they are from Telstra and wants to talk about my internet. I ask because I’ve had a similar call and I’m not with Telstra. Ask immediately what’s wrong with my internet and they hang up.
