Caller: True Blue ink & toner Matt from True Blue ink & toner contacted us, asked a few simple questions about what type of printer we have. 2 days later we have a extremely over priced ink cartage. I have called them and told them we will not pay and we will return the product, this time I spoke with Mark and he was very rude. most calls go through to a answering service saying you are calling out of hours. I have also sent a email to their accounts email address which they have not answered. I have also reported them to SCAM WATCH

Caller: True Blue Ink and Toner They contacted the business claiming they had received an online order that wasn't placed, unfortunately the business address was provided, and a single printer cartridge was received. Then we were slapped with a $600 invoice and demanded payment. Wouldn't trust them.

Caller: True Blue Ink & Toner True Blue Ink & Toner called advising they had an order of toner to send us and wanted to confirm our printer model. I confirmed it thinking it was our regular supplier. The next day we received an invoice and realised they are not our supplier. Tried calling multiple times and got an answering machine saying it was out of hours. I then got a call back from Mark. I advised we did not order this and would not be paying the invoice. He tried to claim we placed the order 2 weeks ago which is an absolute lie. And that it was already shipped even though they invoiced us today. He did not confirm any of my details or ask for the invoice number but seemed to know immediately that they spoke to me 2 weeks ago and the order was shipped. This is definitely a scam, don't pay them.

Caller: True Blue Ink & Toner Contacted the business claiming they serviced our printers with consumables. Sent out ink without an actual order and emailed through an invoice for overpriced ink. Total scam.

The company is a scam. They post "$1300" worth of printer toners to our company (unsolicited) then invoiced us. Never replied to a follow up email and then a month later emailed again with late fees and threat of legal action if not paid. Avoid and report to ACCC
