Caller: Thick Indian accent would not tell me company name Thick Indian accent with heavy breathing promoting solar panels. Took me several times to understand what he was saying. Would not tell me Company name. When I asked how did he get my number as I am on Do Not Call list, hung up on me. A***H***. BLOCKED.
